  1. Placing an Order
  1. Sign up on this Website.  A registered account can be in the name of only one person at a time. 
  2. The product is described in the ‘Description’ section.  Photographs displayed are non-contractual and serve as guidance only.
  3. In case a Warranty Certificate is applicable to your product, it will be included in the ‘Description’ of the relevant product.
  4. A Confirmation of your order, containing a Confirmation Number, will be sent after your payment is cleared.
  5. Once you check-out, you will not be able to add extra products to the order. 
  1. Prices
  1. The price of our products are displayed on the Website at the time of your order. Whilst we take every step to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we may change the prices displayed at any time and without notice.  The final applicable price will be displayed prior to the confirmation of the order by you.
  2. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
  3. Special offers and discounts may apply from time to time. However, we may cancel them without notice, but before you confirm your order on the Website.
  1. Payment
  1. Payment may be effected by Juice, Visa or MasterCard and by bank transfer .
  2. All payments are made using https://www.mips.mu
  3. Banking information are not stored by us and are managed exclusively by the secured MasterCard Internet Gateway Service.
  4. Should you pay by credit card, it will be automatically charged with the full amount due upon check-out.
  1. Delivery
  1. In order to take delivery or collect your order, you will need to produce your National Identity Card (NIC) as proof of identity and the Confirmation Number. 
  2. A third party may take delivery/ collect your order, provided he produces his NIC before delivery can be made. 
  3. We shall not be liable for the late or non-delivery of the order or for any loss, damage or prejudice resulting from any incorrect information provided by you or resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
  4. You are referred to the link below ‘Fedex’s terms and conditions’ for terms and conditions applicable to delivery of your product.
  5. The order shall provide only one delivery address.
  1. Returns 
  1. Once delivered or taken possession of, goods cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  2. Once delivery or collection have been completed, we will not be liable for any damages, nonconformity or shortcomings of the products ordered. It is therefore important that you ascertain that the products are in good condition at the time of delivery or collection.
  3. In case you notice any damage of the product or the product does not correspond to the item ordered, you should inform our Customer Service immediately at the time of delivery or collection.
  4. In case the product has small scratches, you may contact our Customer Service to carry our repairs at our premises.  We reserve the right to charge additional fees and should additional fees arise, they shall be communicated to you for approval before making any repairs.
  5. In the event Customer Service informs you that repairs can be carried out at our premises and that returns can be made through Fedex, the terms and conditions of return of Fedex’s will apply (see link below).  Alternatively, you may bring the product capable of being repaired at our premises, at your own cost.  
  6. Once an order is confirmed by payment, there are no refunds or cancellations of order.

  2. You should ensure that a WarrantyCertificate is provided to you at the time of upon delivery or collection.

  3. Marble and Stones will not be liable for any loss, damage or prejudice as a result of hacking, tampering or similar process concerning your account.  It is therefore your duty if you suspect any abnormal activity, to contact our Customer Service immediately.
  4. We cannot be held liable for any internet provision issues or for any external intrusion of your device.
  5. Should we suspect that you have misused or breached the security and/or the Terms and Conditions of this Website, we may suspend or cancel your account at any time.
  6. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to keep the Website in good running condition, we cannot undertake that no technical issues will arise.  Should there be any technical issues, you should contact the  Customer Service.
  7. Access and speed of the Website may be limited when repairs and/or maintenance are carried out.

  1. Precedence of Terms and Conditions
